1. Delivery Timelines

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin the dispatch process immediately.

• Standard Delivery: Your items will be delivered within 3 to 14 working days, depending on your location.

• Order Tracking: You will receive email updates at every stage:

  • Order Confirmation: When your order is placed.

  • Dispatch Notice: When your item leaves our facility.

  • Delivery Scheduling: When our logistics partner is ready to bring the item to your door.

2. Estimated Timelines by Province

Delivery fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your specific delivery address and order size.

3. The Delivery Process

• Scheduling: Our delivery team or courier partner will contact you to confirm a delivery day and time window that works for you.

• Delivery Arrival: Your order will be delivered to the primary entrance of your specified address.

• Assembly: Most of our products come pre-assembled. If an item requires minor assembly, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

• Access: Please ensure that the delivery address is accessible for a delivery vehicle and that someone is available to receive and sign for the order.

• Measurements: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the furniture ordered can fit through your doorways, hallways, or lifts.

• Rescheduling: If you need to change your confirmed delivery date, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a rescheduling fee.
